At Crystal Springs Resort, we want you to be fully satisfied with your sports gear and equipment. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return window for items in original, unused condition.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Equipment

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and protective wrapping is intact to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping markers.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy until our warehouse team confirms receipt and processes your refund.
