Yes, we offer complimentary professional fitting services at our Pro Shop for all golf clubs and ski boots purchased through our online store to ensure peak performance.
What is your return policy for seasonal gear?
Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase provided they are in original, unused condition with tags attached. Please note that customized equipment is non-refundable.
Are your products covered by a manufacturer warranty?
Absolutely. All premium sports hardware sold at Crystal Springs Resort comes with a full manufacturer warranty against defects, ranging from 1 to 5 years depending on the brand.
Can I pick up my online order at the resort?
Yes, we offer a 'Resort Pickup' option at checkout. You can collect your items at the Main Lodge Concierge desk between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM daily.
